IMPORTANT INFORMATION: These are the terms & conditions of the agreement between us, Prepaid Financial Services Ltd, 5th Floor, Langham House, 302-308 Regent Street, London, W1B 3AT and you, the Customer entering into this agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully before commencing use of the service. This agreement is in conjunction with your Prepaid Financial Services Prepaid Mastercard® Terms & Conditions.
Fitbit Pay allows you to make contactless payments using your PFS card with a Fitbit device compatible with Fitbit Pay.
Terms and Conditions
You may also have agreements with other third parties in relation to your use of Fitbit Pay such as other current account providers or card issuers. We are not responsible for any agreements you enter into with these third parties.
In order to use Fitbit Pay you must use an eligible card and meet all the other eligibility requirements. The following programs are eligible: PFS Sterling, PFS Euro, PFS USD, PFS ZAR, PFS AUD, PFS Business GBP, PFS Business EUR, PFS Rewards Card GBP and PFS Rewards Card EUR. Please refer to your card’s terms & conditions for more information on what payment limits or other restrictions apply to your use of Fitbit Pay.
Your card’s terms and conditions set out certain steps you must take to keep your account and card details secure. They also apply to the use of your card with Fitbit Pay. Please also pay attention to the following security guidelines when using Fitbit Pay:
Any person with your device passcode will be able to authorize transactions using your card.
Do not leave the device you use to access Fitbit Pay unattended.
Use appropriate security on your smartphone or tablet devices which you use to access the Fitbit app, such as passcodes, passwords, fingerprint recognition and other unlock methods.
Use appropriate security on your Fitbit device, including PIN number.
Ensure you only register your own fingerprints and not anyone else’s, if fingerprint recognition is available on your device.
Keep your log in details, such as user ID, passwords, passcodes and any other means you have of accessing your devices or the information stored on them confidential.
Use Fitbit Pay in accordance with all terms and conditions notified to you.
Delete all your personal and financial information from your old device if you stop using it, for example, if you get a replacement device.
Select ‘remove card’ in Fitbit Pay app
Contact our Customer Services team to delete your card in Fitbit Pay. The Customer Service contact details can be found in your Cardholder Portal.
If you suspect any unauthorised use of your Fitbit Pay device, or if your device or security details have been compromised, lost or stolen, please contact us immediately. We can suspend or remove your card from Fitbit Pay to prevent further unauthorised use.
We don’t charge you when you use Fitbit Pay.
Fitbit may access and process your information, including information about your transactions.
We and Fitbit share certain personal information with each other for a number of reasons, including to improve our and its service, to verify information and to prevent fraud.
