IMPORTANT INFORMATION: These are the terms & conditions of the agreement between us, Prepaid Financial Services Ltd, Fourth Floor, 35 Great St Helen's, London, EC3A 6AP and you, the Customer entering into this agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully before commencing use of the service. This agreement is in conjunction with your Prepaid Financial Services Prepaid Mastercard® Terms & Conditions.
Garmin Pay allows you to make contactless payments using your PFS card with a Garmin device compatible with Garmin Pay.
Terms and Conditions
When using Garmin Pay, all agreements, terms and conditions between you and us will continue to apply in the usual way. Transactions you make using Garmin Pay are governed by your PFS card’s terms & conditions, as well as any terms of use relating to Garmin Pay which you may agree to with Garmin. Your use of Garmin Pay does not form part of any prepaid card agreement you may have with us.
You may also have agreements with other third parties in relation to your use of Garmin Pay such as other current account providers or card issuers. We are not responsible for any agreements you enter into with these third parties.
In order to use Garmin Pay you must use an eligible card and meet all the other eligibility requirements. The following programs are eligible: PFS Sterling, PFS Euro, PFS USD, PFS ZAR, PFS AUD, PFS Business EUR, PFS Business GBP, PFS Rewards Card GBP and PFS Rewards Card EUR. Please refer to your card’s terms & conditions for more information on what payment limits or other restrictions apply to your use of Garmin Pay.
Your card’s terms and conditions set out certain steps you must take to keep your account and card details secure. They also apply to the use of your card with Garmin Pay. Please also pay attention to the following security guidelines when using Garmin Pay:
Any person with your device passcode will be able to authorize transactions using your card.
Do not leave the device you use to access Garmin Pay unattended.
Use appropriate security on your smartphone or tablet devices which you use to access the Garmin app, such as passcodes, passwords, fingerprint recognition and other unlock methods.
Use appropriate security on your Garmin device, including PIN number.
Ensure you only register your own fingerprints and not anyone else’s, if fingerprint recognition is available on your device.
Keep your log in details, such as user ID, passwords, passcodes and any other means you have of accessing your devices or the information stored on them confidential.
Use Garmin Pay in accordance with all terms and conditions notified to you.
Delete all your personal and financial information from your old device if you stop using it, for example, if you get a replacement device.
Select ‘remove card’ in Garmin Pay app
Contact our Customer Services team to delete your card in Garmin Pay. The Customer Service contact details can be found in your Cardholder Portal.
If you suspect any unauthorised use of your Garmin Pay device, or if your device or security details have been compromised, lost or stolen, please contact us immediately. We can suspend or remove your card from Garmin Pay to prevent further unauthorised use.
We don’t charge you when you use Garmin Pay.

Garmin may access and process your information, including information about your transactions.
We and Garmin share certain personal information with each other for a number of reasons, including to improve our and its service, to verify information and to prevent fraud.
