  • What are the Benefits of using Google Pay with the PFS Card?

    Pay as quick as you click.

    Book a trip, catch a taxi, or get tickets to that just-announced show with the simple press of a button. Just choose Google Pay at checkout. Then, confirm your purchase, and you’re good to go.

  • What will happen to my loyalty cards if I’m using Google Pay?

    All your rewards and passes in the one place.

    You can conveniently store loyalty cards, boarding passes, and more in Google Pay, so you’ll always have them when you need them.

  • How can I pay using Google Pay and my PFS Card?

    Users can pay in stores (or at any place that accepts contactless payments) if they have an Android device running Lollipop 5.0+ and live in the countries listed below.

    Available countries: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and the United States.

  • Can I still use Google Pay if I have temporarily blocked my card?


    When you block your PFS Prepaid Mastercard card, this will suspend your card in Google Pay and prevent any payments from being made using your card. Once you unblock it, your card in Google Pay will be automatically unsuspended and you will need to make it the default card in Google Pay again.

  • How much can I spend using Google Pay?

    There is no limit on Google Pay transactions.

    But some merchants apply the contactless limit and will only accept payments of up to £30. Transactions made in-app are not limited.

  • Which PFS programmes are eligible for Google Pay?


    PFS programmes which are eligible for Google Pay are PFS EUR, GBP, USD, AUD, ZAR and Corporate GBP programmes. PFS has officially rolled out Google Pay for a number of their corporate clients.
