What does the PFS Graduate Recruitment Programme involve?

Our Graduate Programme provides opportunities to ambitious, capable and hard-working graduates, to work in various departments within the business.

Each graduate has the opportunity to enhance their existing skills and develop new ones.

Following a short onboarding session, each participant is assigned an experienced Senior manager who will act as a mentor and provide support, advice and guidance throughout the programme.

Participants in the Graduate Programme will have access to a tailor-made training programme which includes a number of in-house projects, such as area-specific technical training and training on writing skills, IT, personal and interpersonal skills, task and information-oriented skills and languages.
