The Value of 200,000 School Meals has been Donated to the WFP by PFS & Mastercard
£40,000 has been given to the UN World Food Programme by PFS & Mastercard as part of a school meals campaign to nourish the lives of children in Mali.
Prepaid Financial Services Limited met its pledge of helping hungry children in one of the world's poorest countries with the help of prepaid cardholders. A school meals costs approximately GBP £0.20.
Patrick McKenna, Partnerships Manager at the United Nations World Food Programme said: “More children in Mali are now benefitting from access to nutrition and education. Together with PFS and Mastercard, we are helping to end the cycle of hunger and poverty."
