IMPORTANT INFORMATION: These are the terms & conditions of the agreement between us, Prepaid Financial Services Ltd, 5th Floor, Langham House, 302-308 Regent Street, London, W1B 3AT and you, the Customer entering into this agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully before commencing use of the service. This agreement is in conjunction with your PFS Card Terms & Conditions.
Samsung Pay allows you to make purchases using your PFS card with a compatible Samsung mobile or Gear device.
You may also have agreements with other third parties in relation to your use of Samsung Pay such as other current account providers or card issuers. We are not responsible for any agreements you enter into with these third parties.
In order to use Samsung Pay you must use an eligible card and meet all the other eligibility requirements. The following programs are eligible: PFS Sterling, PFS Euro, PFS USD, PFS ZAR, PFS AUD, PFS Corporate GBP. Please refer to your card’s terms & conditions for more information on what payment limits or other restrictions apply to your use of Samsung Pay.
Your card’s terms and conditions set out certain steps you must take to keep your account and card details secure. They also apply to the use of your card with Samsung Pay. Please also pay attention to the following security guidelines when using Samsung Pay on all eligible Samsung devices and Gear devices:
Any person with your device security credentials will be able to authorize transactions using your card.
Do not leave the device you use to access Samsung Pay unattended.
Use appropriate security on your devices, such as passcodes, passwords, fingerprint recognition and other unlock methods.
Ensure you only register your own fingerprints, iris scan and intelligence scan, and not anyone else’s, if these types of recognition are available on your device.
Keep your log in details, such as user ID, passwords, passcodes and any other means you have of accessing your devices or the information stored on them confidential.
Use Samsung Pay in accordance with all terms and conditions notified to you.
Delete all your personal and financial information from your old device if you stop using it, for example, if you get a replacement device.
Select ‘remove card’ in Samsung Pay app.
Call our Customer Services team to delete your card in Samsung Pay.
If you suspect any unauthorised use of your Samsung Pay device, or if your device or security details have been compromised, lost or stolen, please contact us immediately. Your Card or Account can be managed online at http://prepaidfinancialservices.com/ or via email to [email protected] We can suspend or remove your card from Samsung Pay to prevent further unauthorised use.
We don’t charge you when you use Samsung Pay.
Samsung may access and process your information, including information about your transactions.
We and Samsung share certain personal information with each other for a number of reasons, including to improve our and its service, to verify information and to prevent fraud.
