Testing/QA Specialists

Role Summary:

PFS specialise in the delivery of prepaid card programmes and the provision of payments services to a range of clients globally. Due to our incredible commercial growth, we are recruiting for a QA/Test Automation Engineer to join our QA team in the IDA Business Park, Navan, Co Meath.

The QA Automation Engineer will join a vibrant and dynamic QA team who verify and release award winning prepaid payment and e-money software solutions on a weekly basis. You will work directly with Developers, the Project Management team and the Account Management team to deliver coded automated UI, API and mobile tests following an agile approach. You will bring to the QA team your solid experience of testing commercial software to high quality standards and your passion for test automation.

The successful candidate will work on maintaining, updating and improving the existing test framework and automated suites or with building out a new test framework from scratch, if fit for purpose. He/she will help train other QA team members in the development of the framework and in the creation and execution of automated front end and API test cases.

The candidate will also investigate all automation test execution failures, log bugs in Jira where appropriate and integrate the automation test suite/framework with PFS’s test case management tool. Goal is to minimise manual testing as much as possible and turn around software releases quickly and efficiently.

The Role:

  • Take test ownership of any automation tasks that are assigned to you by Test Manager.
  • Help design, create and/or maintain automated test frameworks for front end and API/Service level testing.
  • Coordinate with Development teams to understand software build deployments and version/source control.
  • Automate new feature test cases and automate priority regression test cases for each release.
  • Analyse test results of daily automation test runs, investigate failures and raise detailed issues in Jira with Development teams.
  • Research, investigate and put forward suggestions on ways to improve automation testing and tooling in PFS.
  • Contribute to overall test team meetings and make proactive suggestions for process improvement initiatives and efficiencies for future testing.
  • Participate in regular test planning meetings and provide estimates and inputs for automation test efforts.
  • Become a mentor and train the QA team in the utilisation of automation tooling and frameworks.
  • Provide weekly reports on automation testing efficiencies and progression.

Qualifications / Experience:

Required:

  • 3+ years relevant automation testing experience including, Functional, Acceptance and Regression testing.
  • Solid experience with automation functional testing frameworks/tools such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, SpecFlow, Protractor, Serenity, Cucumber etc.
  • Solid experience testing Web Services and APIs; REST, SOAP etc.
  • Comfortable working with SQL Server and good experience with writing SQL Syntax and queries.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies.
  • Proficient in one scripting or Object-Oriented language (C#, Java etc).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A ‘can do attitude’ allied to great attention to detail.
  • Desire to self-learn, share knowledge and support others.
  • Primary or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline preferred.

Desirable:

  • Relevant industry experience working for previous Fintech and Payments companies e.g. PCI-DSS.
  • Familiar with modern toolchains; Git and GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, TeamCity, SVN, Docker.
  • Experience integrating Test Case Management Tools with Automation tools for test case reporting/execution purposes.
  • ISTQB foundation certified or certified in a recognised Testing certification.
  • Experience working with Jira.

French Speaking Account Manager

Location: Flexible - London or Navan, Ireland

The Account Management team is responsible for managing the overall relationships with PFS Clients, acting as a point of escalation for all issues and as the point of contact for programme expansion.

The Account Manager will be the key point of contact for our French clients and will need to develop a good understanding of all aspects of the prepaid Client products and services. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Account Manager who is fluent in French and English.

The Role:

  • Responsible for developing, maintaining and enhancing Client relationships.
  • Point of contact and escalation for our French Clients - act as the key interface between the Client and all relevant internal teams, monitoring the resolution of issues and working with teams to identify root cause and drive performance improvement.
  • Raising support tickets and change requests on behalf of Clients, monitoring and reporting back progress.
  • Responsible for the development and enhancement of supplementary sales – upselling, cross-selling and new products.
  • Ensure the Client base is kept informed of business issues and developments.
  • Assisting the commercial team with RFP’s and tendering where necessary.
  • Generate innovative ideas to support Clients and boost brand awareness.
  • Stay up-to-date with product launches and provide support to Clients and the sales team.
  • Use Client feedback to improve Client experience.
  • Provision of regular service level reports to Clients.
  • Create and manage regular reporting of Client activities such as financial performance. compared to goals; trends and profitability analysis; and other performance metrics.
  • Work with internal teams such as Marketing, Product, and Sales to develop and deliver new ideas and ensure product enhancements are properly communicated to the correct teams.
  • Work directly with third parties to support Client infrastructure such as the card processors, fullfilment houses, and schemes.
  • Representing the firm at Industry events and conferences.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate, both written and verbal, at all levels, fluent in English and French.
  • Previous experience in Account Management.
  • Relationship building skills and ability to remain calm under pressure essential.

French Speaking Project Manager – Financial Services.

The candidate must effectively and professionally lead large scale multinational projects delivering products satisfactory to the client and end-users on time and within budget.

The right candidate will be a skilled, resourceful and experienced project manager, a strong and confident communicator and proactive in their attitude towards their work. The working environment is fast paced and project managers may be responsible for a number of projects in varying stages of the development process at any given time. Excellent time management, attention to detail, prioritisation skills are imperative. The ability to multitask is critical.

The Role:

  • Delivery of prepaid payment solutions through the life cycle of the project from draft phase to finished product.
  • Represent the company at meetings, promote the correct company image and ensure staff are aware of their responsibilities in this area.
  • Implement a good communications strategy within the project to ensure that all stakeholders are regularly briefed.

Card Logistics Manager

Job Summary:

The Card Logistics Manager will be responsible for the management of the in-house card personalisation solution. Due to continued expansion a percentage of our card personalisation has been taken in-house to improve lead times and flexibility for small to medium sized clients.

The Role:

  • Ensuring daily card creation batch files are received and error free.
  • EMV card personalisation ensuring cards are programmed and embossed correctly.
  • Quality assurance checks for all personalised card.

The Role:

  • Strong Experience in build and release of applications to the App Store.

As Head of FX/Liquidity/Treasury Management, you will be responsible for managing all our cross-currency trades, managing our third-party FX providers and ensuring that we maximise our return on FX Services.  

As Head of FX/Liquidity/Treasury Management, you will also be responsible for the following:

The Role:

  • Analyse daily cash and liquidity positions
  • Manage Company cash needs and produce weekly MI reports
  • Manage the Company’s FX exposures
  • Draft and review treasury policies
  • Settlement and confirmation processing and control
  • Oversee the input and processing of FX transactions into the main accounting system
  • Manage settlement of FX activity
  • Liaison and relationship management with key partners and banks
  • Maintain, review and implement business risk controls
  • Responsible for all FX management reporting, including monthly FX Reports for senior management
  • Negotiate FX deals on best execution basis
  • Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in FX in European markets
  • Ability to lead and influence change and realise a best in class FX function for our European markets
  • Excellent analytical, reporting and excel skills and thorough knowledge and skill in analysing, interpreting financial reports, technical procedures, government regulations
  • Ability to work within fixed and short timeframes, especially for dealing and settlement
  • A proven team player with excellent communication skills
