iOS App Developer:

Due to continued commercial growth, we are recruiting for a number of iOS App Developers to join our team in Navan.

We specialise in the delivery of prepaid card programmes and the provision of payments services to a range of clients globally.

The Role:

  • Develop new and Innovative native solutions for use by our Customers.
  • Contribute to the design, development and support of new applications

Project Manager

Location: Navan

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. In this team you will work in one of the most exciting Fintech firms in Ireland and Europe. You will have experience working within an IT, Fintech or financial services environment. In this role you will be responsible for initially delivering one specific project for the business.

You will be highly motivated, driven, analytical, organised and have good attention to detail. You ned to be ambitious and want to grow further within the company. You will have a strong academic background with a min 2/3 years’ experience within a banking/financial services project management role, ideally with good regulatory experience.

The Role:

  • Take full responsibility for delivery of a specific project with the company.
  • Manage all stakeholder relationships including clients, 3rd party vendors and internal teams as appropriate.
  • Work with offshore technical development team to ensure all technical aspects of the projects are delivered on time in budget and to agreed quality for the business.

Project Manager - Digitisation, Tokenisation, and Enablement (MDES)

Location: Navan

The candidate must effectively and professionally lead large scale Digital enablement and Tokenisation projects delivering products satisfactory to the client and end-users on time and within budget.

The right candidate will be a skilled, resourceful and experienced project manager, a strong and confident communicator and proactive in their attitude towards their work. The working environment is fast paced and project managers may be responsible for a number of projects in varying stages of the development process at any given time. Excellent time management, attention to detail, prioritisation skills are imperative. The ability to multitask is critical.

Must demonstrate specific knowledge across digital enablement and tokenisation, with experience across both secure element and cloud based (HCE) implementations. Experience working with Mastercard Digital Enablement Services (MDES) would be a key advantage.

The Project manager will be expected to lead the end to end implementation and delivery of digital enablement projects working with the client, internal teams, the processor and Mastercard.

Testing/QA Specialists

Role Summary:

PFS specialise in the delivery of prepaid card programmes and the provision of payments services to a range of clients globally. Due to our incredible commercial growth, we are recruiting for a QA/Test Automation Engineer to join our QA team in the IDA Business Park, Navan, Co Meath.

The QA Automation Engineer will join a vibrant and dynamic QA team who verify and release award winning prepaid payment and e-money software solutions on a weekly basis. You will work directly with Developers, the Project Management team and the Account Management team to deliver coded automated UI, API and mobile tests following an agile approach. You will bring to the QA team your solid experience of testing commercial software to high quality standards and your passion for test automation. The successful candidate will work on maintaining, updating and improving the existing test framework and automated suites or with building out a new test framework from scratch, if fit for purpose. He/she will help train other QA team members in the development of the framework and in the creation and execution of automated front end and API test cases. The candidate will also investigate all automation test execution failures, log bugs in Jira where appropriate and integrate the automation test suite/framework with PFS’s test case management tool. Goal is to minimise manual testing as much as possible and turn around software releases quickly and efficiently.

The Role:

  • Take test ownership of any automation tasks that are assigned to you by Test Manager.
  • Help design, create and/or maintain automated test frameworks for front end and API/Service level testing.
  • Coordinate with Development teams to understand software build deployments and version/source control.
  • Automate new feature test cases and automate priority regression test cases for each release.
  • Analyse test results of daily automation test runs, investigate failures and raise detailed issues in Jira with Development teams.
  • Research, investigate and put forward suggestions on ways to improve automation testing and tooling in PFS.
  • Contribute to overall test team meetings and make proactive suggestions for process improvement initiatives and efficiencies for future testing.
  • Participate in regular test planning meetings and provide estimates and inputs for automation test efforts.
  • Become a mentor and train the QA team in the utilisation of automation tooling and frameworks.
  • Provide weekly reports on automation testing efficiencies and progression.

Qualifications / Experience:

Required:

  • 3+ years relevant automation testing experience including, Functional, Acceptance and Regression testing.
  • Solid experience with automation functional testing frameworks/tools such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, SpecFlow, Protractor, Serenity, Cucumber etc.
  • Solid experience testing Web Services and APIs; REST, SOAP etc.
  • Comfortable working with SQL Server and good experience with writing SQL Syntax and queries.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies.
  • Proficient in one scripting or Object-Oriented language (C#, Java etc).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A ‘can do attitude’ allied to great attention to detail.

The role of Senior Fraud and AML Manager is a diverse one encompassing elements such as the company risk appetite, risk governance framework, risk registers, Mastercard rules, data protection, business conduct regulations for provision of payment services and issuance of e-money

This position will closely coordinate with the leadership of other departments such as IT, Product and Customer Service. An important aspect of this role will be the design and maintenance of the processes that supports all risk activity.

The Senior Fraud and AML Manager will be responsible for creating a positive work environment in the organization. Critical deliverables will include management reporting, maintenance of a strong control and security environment and implementation of appropriate and improved policies, procedures, productivity measures and quality measures. Additionally, special projects and investigative studies should be conducted to continuously improve the expertise, approach and organization

It will be essential for the successful applicant to develop an understanding of the technology platforms deployed by the business to ensure the compliance and risk management framework and product deployment reflects the relevant systems’ capabilities.

The successful candidate will already have experience of Fraud & AML Monitoring in a risk control environment, will thrive in a dynamic work environment, be solutions oriented, possess a keen commercial acumen and have significant drive and enthusiasm to implement risk based, commercially appropriate and regulatory compliant processes.

  • Keeping abreast of relevant European and local regulatory developments from an AML and risk perspective.
  • Recommend enhancements in risk processes and assist other business units where required with analysis, oversight, expertise and problem solving.
  • Proven ability of Managing a department within a Risk function.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Professional Fraud and AML related qualification an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5-6 years’ work experience as a Leader in a financial services environment in the area of Risk and payment services experience with the payment card schemes and/or e-money issuance is highly desired.
  • Implementation of risk management programmes in a commercially driven manner.
  • Understanding of risk from a regulatory and commercial perspective.
  • Excel proficiency a minimum requirement.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • A relevant Third level degree in IT or equivalent Testing Qualification (ISEB, ISQTB)
  • Proven professional experience as a Tester/QA Analyst or equivalent experience in a Technical Support Environment.
  • Experience with Automated Test Tools (Selenium, Ranorex, Cucumber etc.)
  • A Team player with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), particularly the ability to get your ideas across effectively.
  • Strong SQL knowledge.
  • Technically proficient, familiar with the major development platforms and languages (C#, Java etc.) and RESTful webservices.
  • Experience with Jira would be beneficial.

  • Research new tools and technologies and assist with the automation of deployments and monitoring tools
