Apple Pay - Terms & Conditions
Important Information:
These are the terms & conditions of the agreement between us, Prepaid Financial Services Ltd, Fourth Floor, 35 Great St Helen's, London, EC3A 6AP and you, the Customer entering into this agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully before commencing use of the service. This agreement is in conjunction with your Prepaid Financial Services Prepaid Mastercard® Terms & Conditions.

- When using Apple Pay, all agreements, terms and conditions between you and us will continue to apply in the usual way. Transactions you make using Apple Pay are governed by your PFS card’s terms & conditions, as well as any terms of use relating to Apple Pay which you may agree to with Apple. Your use of Apple Pay does not form part of any prepaid card agreement you may have with us.
- Apple Pay is provided by Apple and we are not responsible to you for your use of it or for any service, information, software or hardware provided to you by Apple or any other third party. We are not liable for any failures or faults, or any security, availability or performance issues, affecting or relating to Apple Pay or your device. We recommend that you read Apple’s Apple Pay terms and conditions for more information on these issues.
- You may also have agreements with other third parties in relation to your use of Apple Pay such as other current account providers or card issuers. We are not responsible for any agreements you enter into with these third parties.

4. Protection and Security
- Any person with your device passcode will be able to authorize transactions using your card.
- Do not leave the device you use to access Apple Pay unattended.
- Use appropriate security on your devices, such as passcodes, passwords, fingerprint recognition and other unlock methods.
- Ensure you only register your own fingerprints and not anyone else’s, if fingerprint recognition is available on your device.
- Keep your log in details, such as user ID, passwords, passcodes and any other means you have of accessing your devices or the information stored on them confidential.
- Use Apple Pay in accordance with all terms and conditions notified to you.
- Delete all your personal and financial information from your old device if you stop using it, for example, if you get a replacement device.
5. How to stop it?
- Select ‘remove card’ in Apple Pay app.
- Call our Customer Services team to delete your card in Apple Pay. The Customer Service contact details can be found in your Cardholder Portal.
- Mark your device as Lost/Stolen using Find My iPhone or iCloud settings to control Apple Pay on your device.
6. If your device is lost or stolen
If you suspect any unauthorised use of your Apple Pay device, or if your device or security details have been compromised, lost or stolen, please contact us immediately. Your Card or Account can be managed online at https://prepaidfinancialservices.com/ or via email to [email protected]. We can suspend or remove your card from Apple Pay to prevent further unauthorised use. You can also suspend or permanently remove the ability to pay from that device by logging into your Apple ID account or the Find My iPhone app.

- Apple may access and process your information, including information about your transactions.
- We and Appleshare certain personal information with each other for a number of reasons, including to improve our and its service, to verify information and to prevent fraud.

- Apple, the Apple logo, Apple Pay, Apple Watch, Face ID, iPad, iPhone, iTunes, Mac, Macbook Pro, Safari, iCloud and Touch ID are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Touch Bar is a trademark of Apple Inc.
